Refund Policy

All purchases of licenses, plugins, and digital products from InfinaCode are final. Because our products are delivered electronically and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds once a license key has been issued or a download has been accessed.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital product with immediate access and that you agree to this no-refund policy.

A refund may be considered only where all of the following conditions are met: (a) the request is submitted within 7 days of purchase; (b) the product is materially non-functional due to a defect on our side; (c) you have contacted support and given us a reasonable opportunity to diagnose and fix the issue; and (d) the license has not been activated on a live or production domain.

If any of these conditions is not met, the purchase remains non-refundable.

Fees for custom development, setup, configuration, consulting, or any services already rendered are non-refundable in all cases, including where work has begun but is not yet complete.

Subscription and support renewals are non-refundable. To avoid being charged for a renewal, cancel before the renewal date. It is your responsibility to manage renewals from your account before they take effect.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in immediate suspension of your license and account. Please reach out to support so we can resolve any issue directly.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have that cannot be waived under applicable consumer-protection law.
