These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the InfinaCode website, products, plugins, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
To access certain features — including the customer portal and license management — you must create an account and verify your email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must provide accurate, current information and keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for unlawful purposes.
Plugins and software sold by InfinaCode are licensed, not sold. Each license grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the product on the number of domains permitted by your plan, subject to any activation limits shown at purchase.
Licenses purchased through third-party marketplaces (such as CodeCanyon/Envato) are governed by both these Terms and the applicable marketplace license. Redistribution, resale, or sublicensing of our software without written permission is prohibited.
Prices are shown at the point of purchase. Subscriptions and support periods renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method for applicable fees.
Except where required by law or expressly stated, fees are non-refundable. Support and update entitlements are tied to an active license and may lapse when a license expires.
You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with normal operation, reverse engineering except as permitted by law, or using the Services to distribute malware or infringing content.
All content, code, trademarks, and materials provided through the Services are owned by InfinaCode or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the rights expressly granted in your license, no rights are transferred to you.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, InfinaCode shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services and any associated licenses ceases.
